Facility Rules

  • 1. Respect the Facility - We ask that you treat the equipment and space with care. Avoid damaging the screens, flooring, or hitting bays.

    2. No Outside Food or Drinks - To keep the facility clean and tidy, we kindly ask members to refrain from bringing in outside food or beverages.

    3. Clean Up After Yourself - Please put all balls, tees, and other equipment back in their designated places after your session. Dispose of any trash in the provided bins.

    4. Footwear - We require clean, non-marking athletic or golf shoes. This prevents scuffs and keeps the artificial turf in good condition. No street shoes, metal spikes or spikeless golf shoes with dirty treads.

    5. Noise Level - Please maintain a respectful noise level. While conversation is encouraged, please be mindful of others who are concentrating on their practice.

    6. Cancellation Policy - Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a no-show fee. This helps us manage our bay availability.

  • 7. One Person Swinging at a Time - This is the most critical safety rule. Only the person hitting the ball should be in the designated hitting area. All others should be well behind the hitting zone.

    8. Be Aware of Your Surroundings - Always check your backswing and follow-through. Be mindful of others in adjacent bays.

    9. No Reckless Behavior - Absolutely no horseplay, running or throwing of golf balls.

    10. Supervision of Minors - All children under age 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

    11. Keep Balls on the Mat - All shots, including putts, should be hit from the designated hitting mat. Hitting balls from the floor is specifically prohibited.

    12. No Hitting Towards Unprotected Areas - All shots must be hit toward your assigned hitting cage. Do not aim for any adjacent bays or any other common areas inside the facility.

    13. Report Damage or Malfunctions - Immediately report any damaged equipment, torn nets, or issues with simulator software to a staff member.

  • 14. Tee Time & Session Length - Each bay is rented out in 60-minute increments. Please be on time and to finish your session promptly to allow the next person to begin their session.

    15. Set Up & Tear Down - Please begin wrapping up your session 5 minutes before the end of your scheduled time.

    16. Payment - All sessions must be paid in advance or at the time of booking.

    17. Code of Conduct - We reserve the right to revoke membership or deny service to anyone who consistently violates the rules or acts inappropriately.

    18. Liability Waiver -All users must sign a liability waiver before your first use. Please see a staff member for this waiver if you have not already executed same.
